On June 12, at 7 p.m. the Neosho County Farm Bureau will hold a special meeting to discuss bylaw amendments. The meeting will be held at the-Neosho Valley Events Center, W Girard St, Erie, KS 66733 The Neosho County Board of Directors proposes the following amendment to the bylaws in bold.
Bylaws Article IV: Dues, Section 1: The annual dues for voting and non-voting membership in this Association for either a family or single individual shall be $61.00 payable in advance. Out of the aforesaid membership dues there shall be paid to the Kansas Farm Bureau the annual dues fixed by its voting delegates for each paid-up membership of this Association. In the event The Kansas Farm Bureau shall increase its dues, by vote or by an automatic increase in the American Farm Bureau Federation dues, of which The Kansas Farm Bureau is a member, such increase shall be automatically passed on to the members of The Neosho County Farm Bureau Association.
The Neosho County Board of Directors also proposes the following amendments to the articles of incorporation: The Location of its Registered Office in this State is: 2627 KFB Plaza, Manhattan, KS 66503. The Name of its Resident Agent in this State is: The Kansas Farm Bureau: Attn: General Counsel.
