1. All pictures must be no smaller than 8X8 inches and no larger than 14X14 inches or any combination in between.
2. All pictures must be mounted on a mat or foam core board. Do not use poster paper or tag board to mount your photographs.
3. A permanent mount must be made, using photographic mounting adhesive such as a photo safe spray adhesive. The entire photo must be attached to the mount board. NO adhesive dots, squares, or double-sided sticky tape.
4. Remove white boarder from photos before mounting.
5. No lettering or numbering are permitted on the front of the photo. Exception to this is the class “Inspirational Quote/Quip”. **
6. Photo Bags: Photos must be in a 2-gallon Ziploc Bag or in a clear bag that will be provided at check in.
7. All entries must be labeled with the name on back side of mount, in the upper left-hand corner, and on entry form.
8. No more than ONE entry PER CLASS per exhibitor.
9. Please Note: Persons 14 and under must specify their age when entering, and they will be judged separately.
*Digital Composite Image: Finished photo must be created from two or more sources created by exhibitor. Photos will be judged on photographic merit as well as manipulation technique and process. Photo must be from originals taken by the exhibitor. Exhibitor must include a second matt board mounted with standard size prints of the original photos and 3 x 5 card(s) explaining what digital manipulation was done. May include additional photos (standard size and maybe layered) showing editing steps. Place both finished photo and second matt board in the same protective plastic bag.
** Inspirational Quote/Quip: This class the photo shall have a Quote/Quip chosen by the exhibitor and should be attractively included in the photo, not on the mount board. This is usually done by using a text to photo application. This class will be judged on the appropriateness of the quote or quip to the photo as well as whether it enhances the eye appeal and the emotion of the photo. The author of the quote or quip should be included (including “author unknown) unless it is the exhibitor’s original or is one that is public domain.

• Poisonous and/or illegal plants, including all parts, are not allowed. For instance, Castor Bean plants and parts are (banned) cannot be entered.

• FARM CROPS o Bundles are to be five inches in diameter. o Flakes are to be six inches thick, tied with string.
• FLORICULTURE o All Cut flowers shall be arranged in a basket, vase, or bowl. Exhibitors shall furnish all vases or receptacles necessary for exhibit. o Judging criteria for cut flower specimens: 6, 5 or 3 stems of flowers.
