Humboldt High School Announces 2024 Homecoming Candidates

HUMBOLDT, KS – Humboldt High School is preparing for its annual homecoming celebration, set for October 11, as the excitement builds around this year’s candidates for king and queen. The candidates have been selected from a talented group of seniors who exemplify leadership and school spirit.

This year’s king candidates include Blake Ellis, Colden Cook, Cole Mathes, and Keith Gomez. Representing the queen candidates are Cassidy Friend, Anna Heisler, Shelby Shaughnessy, and Sophia Barlow. The crowning of the homecoming king and queen will take place during the highly anticipated football game against Bluestem. This moment serves as a highlight of the evening, bringing together students, family, and community members to celebrate school spirit and tradition.
