Saturday Aug. 30: CPD conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Steuben Avenue. Officers spoke to persons involved. Officers arrested Kyle Ysusi, 31, Chanute, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
Monday, Sept. 1: CPD responded to the 600 block of West Beech Street. Officers spoke to persons involved. Officers arrested Ieasha Phillips, 26, Iola, and Michelle Filby, 52, Thayer, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
Friday, Sept. 5: CPD stopped a bicycle near the intersection of North Forest Avenue and Beech Street. Officers spoke to persons involved. Officers arrested Randy Daniel, 60, Chanute, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
Sunday, Sept. 7: CPD responded to the 600 block of South Plummer Avenue. Officers spoke to persons involved. Officers arrested Brayden Bilyeu, 20, Pittsburg, for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, Sept. 10: CPD responded to the 700 block of N. Highland Ave. Officers spoke to persons involved. Officers arrested Ashley Shreve, 30, Chanute, for aggravated battery.
The Chanute Police Department informs the community of these arrests on the Chanute Police Department Facebook Page. Upon completion reports will be forwarded to Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed. All suspects are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
