LAWRENCE — A slew of area schools raced at the Rim Rock Farm High School Cross Country Classic last Saturday.
Chanute sent a pair of girls varsity runners. Laney Hillmon finished 144th in the varsity blue race with a time of 23:51 while Jarynn Hockett was
251st with a time of 25:27.
Chanute also had seven boys race. Jaron Powers placed 13th

Humboldt had four girls run. Aspen Wimsett finished

Three Cubs boys also raced, with Jack Works placing 396th
(22:25), Emmitt Carson 470th
(24:33) and Carter Collins
