Her presentation on “The Roadmap to Resilience: God’s Blueprint For Breakthrough” shared the very touching and inspiring story of her personal journey from trauma to triumph. Williams said she highly recommends checking out Beth at Elizabethinspires.com to learn how one can transform their life and find joy. Meigs said the conference reminded her of why she does what she does in life. She said she felt blessed with the opportunity to speak, share hope, and empower others to rise strong. She also said she was happy with the incredible feedback she received from the group.
Williams attended Friday evening where everyone attended in their best pajamas and received lessons on how to take care of your skin by a Mary Kay member. Many club members brought items to make a door cover with a cancer theme. Saturday, she attended a luncheon and heard a presentation by Max Gilliland, “Home Electrical.” He suggested ways to check simple things and what to do before one calls an electrician.
Williams also took some autumn-themed pillows for the Foundation Silent Auction.
