Saturday, Oct. 11: Following at traffic stop on 21st Street, west of Santa Fe Avenue, Mark Hendricks was arrested for exhibition of speed, unsafe speed for conditions, transporting open container, driving left of center, no proof of insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, reckless driving, failure to signal turn and flee/elude by reckless driving. Also arrested was Cary Bockover for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, Oct. 18: Following a residential search warrant in the 500 block of North Central Avenue, Michael Tredway was arrested for possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant (methamphetamine,) possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages.
The Chanute Police Department informs the community of these arrests on the Chanute Police Department Facebook Page. All suspects are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Upon completion reports will be forwarded to Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed.
