Oct. 21, 2025: Following a loud music complaint in the 700 block of North Forest Avenue, officers arrested Amanda Altman, 44, on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 21, 2025: Following a disturbance call in the 900 block of South Garfield Avenue, officers arrested Kaleb Gudgen, 32, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery.
Oct. 31, 2025: Following a report of a person yelling at Highland Park, officers arrested Alanah Maley, 18, on suspicion of domestic battery.
The Chanute Police Department informs the community of these arrests on the Chanute Police Department Facebook Page. All suspects are presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Upon completion reports will be forwarded to the Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed.
