BEAUFORT, S.C. — Sharon “Sherry” Louise Boyer, 77, wife of Jon Martin Boyer, of Beaufort, SC, passed away peacefully Friday Nov. 28, 2025, at Friends of Caroline Cottage in the arms of her beloved husband.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Dec. 6, at Carteret Street United Methodist Church.
Sherry was born on Sept. 5, 1948 in Chanute, Kansas. She is the daughter of Dale Stemple and Roxanna Reno Stemple.
Sherry was a former office manager/co-owner of Island Dental Laboratory LLC, in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Jon; is one son, Erik Zimmerman in Chanute, one daughter, Gretchen(Aaron) Donner; Grandchildren, Adam, Drew, and Kate, all in Olathe, Kansas; and one stepson, Joseph Boyer and family in Chanute.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Friends of Caroline Hospice, 329 Friends Lane, Ridgeland, SC, 29936.
