epartment Jan. 7: Officers conducting a person check in the 100 block of West Main Street arrested Jacob Hutchinson, 41, on an outstanding Chanute Municipal Court warrant. He was also arrested on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jan. 12: Officers responded to a reported violation of a protection order in the 1100 block of North Garfield Avenue and arrested Justin Douglas, 42, on suspicion of violating a protection from abuse order.
Jan. 13: Following a welfare check in the 3300 block of Blue Comet Drive, officers arrested Jerry Wells, 43, on allegations of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of child endangerment.
Jan. 13: Officers arrested Titan Dalton, 20, on suspicion of domestic battery stemming from an incident reported Jan. 11.
Jan. 13: Officers responding to a report of child abuse arrested Tamera Wilcox, 46, and Jared Swartz, 45, on allegations of child abuse, child endangerment, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All reports will be forwarded to the Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review. All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
