Joe’s Italian Restaurant, located at 5 E. Main in Downtown Chanute celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting. Joe’s is a new location for the family chain of restaurants that spans across Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma, with plans to expand into North Dakota.
