TOPEKA — Two Chanute natives were among the individuals, organizations, businesses and volunteers who were honored for their dedication in supporting the mission of Capper Foundation at its Donor Appreciation Dinner on Thursday, Dec. 5 at the Ramada Topeka Downtown Hotel and Convention Center.

The Special Event Volunteer Award went to Julie (Robinson) Berg and daughter Reagan Berg.

The Workhorse Award went to Greg Greenwood.  Julie Berg and Greenwood are natives of Chanute.

Attendees enjoyed an evening featuring highlights from the past fiscal year, a message from a current family receiving services, and a presentation of awards.

Capper Foundation appreciates these donors and volunteers who invest their resources, time and heart into the organization to help ensure every person is valued and enjoys access, independence and opportunities to advance their hopes and dreams.
