The store will be at 1422 S. Santa Fe, across from Scooters Coffee, the Chanute Regional Development Authority announced Friday afternoon.

“As we were building our locations in the region, we noticed he community in Chanute. We knew this community would be a great fit for the Domino’s brand.”
The Elwells’ company, D&E Pizza, has franchise locations in Fort Scott, Parsons and Pittsburg, Carthage and Joplin, Mo., and Miami, Okla. Both started as part-time employees with the company and bought their first store in Webb City, Mo., in 2010. A decade later , they had 11 locations and appeared in a national commercial.
“We are very excited to see Domino’s select Chanute and see our business community grow,” CRDA Board President Kellen Adams said. “Domino’s has been on our target list for some time, and to see it come to fruition is great news.”
