STATE CHAMPS!
The Chanute girls wrestling team claimed first place at the KSHSAA Class 4-1A Girls Wrestling State Championships in Salina that wrapped up on Thursday.
Five wrestlers made up the team that qualfied for state:
Brinly Bancroft, 2nd
Reese Clements, 3rd
Kiley Dillow, 3rd
Kadynce Axelson, 5th
Grace Thompson, 2-2
