Several Neosho County Community College student athletes have signed National Letters of Intent with NCAA Div. 1 Universities and another with a Div. II school. 

Three members of the Panther baseball team player from the 2014-15 Neosho basketball team have inked with four year colleges.

Panther catcher Brady Childs signed with the University of Nebraska in the Big 10. Third baseman Jonah Bride signed with the South Carolina Gamecocks of the Southeastern Conference. Utility infielder and designated hitter Bradley Bullock signed with Div. II North Alabama University. of the Gulf South Conference.

Bride batted .471 on the season with 14 homeruns and 26 doubles. He drove in 93 RBIs. Bradley Bullock batted .325 with three home runs, two triples, two doubles and 24 RBIs. Childs batted .252 with nine doubles and 29 RBIs.  

The trio led the Panthers to another 40-win season for Head Coach Steve Murry and a trip to the NJCAA Central District Baseball Tournament at Lawrence DuMont Stadium in Wichita. 

From the Panther basketball team, point guard BJ Jenkins signed with the Unviersity of Detroit of the Horizon League.

As a freshman, Jenkins was part of the Panther group that led Neosho to its first to the NJCAA Region VI Tournament at Charles Koch Arena on the campus of Wichita State Univeristy since 2005. Jenkins is one of three basketball Panthers to sign with Division 1 Universities. 

Seven foot center/forward Joseph Acuil signed with Baylor University of the Big 12. Sharp shooter Brett Frantz signed with Youngstown State Univeristy of the Horizon League.

As a sophomore, Jenkins averaged 18.1 points per game, 5.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds and shot 46.2 percent from three.
